Gathering of Minds

Gathering of minds is something I wanted to organise after seeing how the global shift in consciousness is now in full force. We need to join together and make things happen.

The World is an amazing place, despite what the media tries to tell us. We can step away from this and focus on what is good in the World and how we can help raise the vibration of the planet by helping more people.

We will be focussing on the good in the world and the positive, rather than paying the negative any energy and feeding into it.

Life is about helping each other. The focus is on this helping others. This can be on any sort of level. As the shift is in full swing and it can be a confusing time for people, its nice to get together for a positive and constructive meetup.

Some of the topics we will be discussing -

- Consicousness
- Good News
- Motivation
- Living in a positive way
- Meditation
- Postive Psychology in Sport and Work
- NLP
- Reiki
- Self worth and loving self
- Health
- Nutrition
- Meta-Physical matters
- Astral Projection
- Benefits of Raw food
- Fitness
- Mind, Body, Sprit

The gatherings will be taking place across London every Month. I then plan to cover other areas and produce videos for online viewing

Next event is 17th Sept in Central London

Amazing healing :)

Been meaning to write this since last week but have been ran off my feet with work and organising Gathering of Minds. I really wanted to tell everyone about this because it was such a great experience.

I met Magic and Lia at a Raw food detox weekend and they work together and individually with their healing.

They offer many services within their healing but I opted for the intuitive body massage which was amazing. Because of my fighting and training, I get a lot of injuries which were quickly found by the girls. Even injuries which I had a few years back, that seemed to have flared up again were pin pointed. I found this amazing! The energy from the injuries was released and it had an immediate effect on me.

The session was really personal and a lot of other things happened which I don't really wanna talk about on here but I can HIGHLY recommend going to see Magic and Lia!

Carrot, spinach, sun dried tomato and teriyaki patties

3 carrots
6 sun dried tomatoes
100g walnuts
Handful of spinach
Half of lime
3/4 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
Quarter of rind from the lime
100g seeds (sunflower, flax Etc)
Half red onion
Mixed herbs
Rock salt
Pepper
Cheese (optional)

With processor.
Place all contents - except cheese, in a blender
Then compress into decent sized patties
If you only have a juicer place seeds with a small amount of water so it goes to a paste. Finely chop everything, then squeeze together with your hand. Squeeze lime into the patties.

If you have a dehydrator then pop them into that.
They will also work in an oven. Keep an eye on them but 15/20 mins should do it on around 200

If you want to add cheese. Grate enough for the tops and add Worcester sauce and mixed herbs and pepper to taste
